With a strong customer base in Australia & NZ, local service support has been a strong requirement.

Currently, Consonic employs 13 service technicians. 2005 saw the commencement of a Kiefel initiative which involves onsite training and process optimization for Australian and New Zealand customers. Consonic also provide maintenance contracts covering total, preventative or 24 hour service calls.
