ELAST - Rubber Injection Moulding
"Flexible solutions for engineered products ... be the first"
In addition to their successful plastic injection moulding machine business, Engel also offers a range of machines for all possible variants of the rubber injection moulding process: ENGEL 'ELAST'.
Engel in Australia
Although Australia accounts for a very small portion of the world's Engel machines, Australians have always rushed to embrace Engel innovations such as tiebarless moulding.
Innovations
- The use of Engel tiebarless technology on ENGEL ELAST machines affords the operator and/or handling robot ready access from three sides of the machine.
- Optimum rigidity of the machines clamping units in conjunction with the FIFO (first in first out) injection unit guarantee moulded parts of the highest quality.
- With access to Engel's automation expertise and integrated state-of-the-art control systems, it is possible to automate even the most complicated of processes.
- The ability to assemble these multi-skilled disciplined teams is what allows our customers to derive genuine value when dealing with Consonic.
