K-tron also offer test lab facilities where your products can be stringently tested before selecting the most suitable feeding device. These results are documented recording performance and feeding accuracy, which are then given to customers as test reports. This process enables KTRON to assure customers that the feeding system they select will fulfill their specific requirements efficiently and reliability.

KTRON also provides a comprehensive range of support services such as staff training both on site or in their manufacturing facilities.

Consonic's design and project management team is available to offer each K-tron customer turnkey materials handling solutions. Currently, Consonic employs 13 highly trained service technicians assigned to maintaining, servicing or upgrading our systems. They are available to offer on site trouble-shooting and regular maintenance checks to suit customers varying production schedules, therefore ensuring uninterrupted plant operation.

Spare parts are stocked from our Adelaide, Melbourne and Sydney premises. These 3 warehouses stock in excess of $1,200,000 in machinery spares.
