We believe that Consonic is a unique supplier of industrial cleaning equipment, with our commitment to stocked spare parts and highly trained service technicians.

Currently, Consonic employs 13 service technicians, assigned to maintaining, servicing or upgrading our equipment. Consonic also offers customers a maintenance contract so that they can have regular and reliable service on their machines.

Spare parts are stocked from our Adelaide, Melbourne and Sydney premises. These 3 warehouses stock in excess of $1,200,000 in spare parts.

High Capacity

The large cabin volume of the WUD-004 enables the treatment of up to 15 standard DIN sized trays for surgical instruments per charge.

High Efficiency Cleaning

The optimal waterflow and high capacity recirculation pumps achieve an excellent cleaning result.

The consumption of water, detergent and heating energy is reduced by the automatic adjustment of filling the levels to a minimum and by using PLC PH controls on detergent to lower your usage.

Short Cycle Times

High capacity chambers for tank and drying unit with the temperature control combine.

Automatic Transport Systems

Single machines and compartmentalised cycle washers can be integrated into this system.

Intelligent program management

The machine is equipped with the latest PLC design, using the Profi-bus technology which allows for a modular upgrade as well as the connection to an electronic data processing system.

The software can be validated and allows for easy adaption to individual demands and guarantees highest flexibility. All programming is designed and performed in our Sydney head office.

Touch Screen & Operator Controls

The touch screen is the future for operator convenience, using a machine layout for easy operation and component selection.

Process Control

The control unit continuously monitors the preset process variables, all the safety functions, and the compliance with the terms of disinfection.

Automatic Recognition
