Branson in Australia
Consonic has been representing Branson Ultrasonics in Australia and New Zealand since 1969. Ultrasonic cutting technology is becoming increasingly popular in the Australian and New Zealand food industry. It is adaptable to existing equipment with minor modifications. Custom cells can be integrated into new system designs. The process cleanly cuts or slits products including fillers such as nuts, raisins, dried fruit or chocolate chips without displacement. Other examples of ultrasonic food processing applications are cake, candy, cheese, fish, prepared meats, vegetable, health bars, pizza, pies and chocolate.
