Since 1969, Consonic have delivered hundreds of Branson Plastics Joining Systems to the Australian and New Zealand markets. These customers have quickly embraced Branson equipment as the benchmark in quality and innovation.

In Australian and New Zealand, Branson is well represented in markets such as automotive, appliance, textile/film, business and consumer electronics, packaging and medical. The latest innovations from Branson include ultrasonic welding systems with touch screen controllers, and Laser IRAM welding systems.

Technology with Consonic

Consonic take great pride in it's proven track record on delivering simple or sophisticated turnkey systems. We work closely with customers with product design. We provide the best joining solution for the application. Much consideration is given to the required finished product attributes, throughput levels, and capital investment. Consonic also assists customers with final part and joint design for the chosen joining process. We have applications laboratories in Sydney and Melbourne branches to help evaluate joining applications and to trial manufactured horns before delivery.

Consonic have a team of design engineers to design ultrasonic horns, vibration welding fixtures, work cells and automatic systems with advanced 3D design software. In horn design we have Finite Element Analysis program to analyze the stress in our designed horns to guarantee their working life. We also have a team of skilled technicians working in a fully equipped CNC tool room with substantial capability and capacity to manufacture customer tooling and fixtures.

Currently, Consonic employs 13 service technicians with 6 regularly assigned to maintaining, servicing or upgrading Branson equipment. Consonic also offers customers a maintenance contract so that they can have regular and reliable service on their machines.

Spare parts are stocked from our Adelaide, Melbourne and Sydney premises. These 3 warehouses stock in excess of $250,000 in Branson spare parts.
