"Time is money - and quality is a matter of course"
The extreme reliability and durability of Engel robots can be ascribed not least to the consistent use of high quality materials and components, and to more than 20 years' experience in the development and construction of robots.
Engel in Australia
Hundreds of Engel Robots have been installed on both Engel and non-Engel injection moulding machines in Australia. Although Australia accounts for a very small portion of the world's Engel machines Australians have always rushed to embrace Engel innovations.
In Australia Engel is well represented in the Automotive, Engineering Plastics, Medical, Packaging, Pipe Fittings and the custom moulding market segments.
Maximum efficiency in injection moulding - with Engel robots:
- Can be used with all makes and models of injection moulding machines from 40 tonnes and 5500 tonnes
- Full integration of the sequence control of the Engel CNC robot with the Engel moulding machine's control system significantly shortens the cycle time
- Fast and accurate: standard linear speeds of up to 5m/s and positioning tolerances of within ± 0.1mm for small to medium sized units)
- The use of standard software considerably facilitates the work of the operator
- Using optional teach-in software, even the most complicated operating sequences can be programmed.
- Enables integrated control of any peripheral ancillary equipment that may be part of the production cell
- Sprue pickers for machines up to 150 tonne
The ability to assemble these multi-skilled disciplined teams is what allows our customers to derive genuine value when dealing with Consonic.
