We are currently adding Technicians, Engineers and capacity to all of our state offices. We have invested recently in new 3D modeling software, finite analysis capability (acoustic tooling design) and this year we will send 6 of our technicians on structured overseas training courses. Our tool room has been expanded and we are shortly to receive a Branson M624HSRI Vibration-IR Welder specifically for customer tooling trials (Servo driven with Infrared welding capability).

Engel remains the master of integration. The CC 200 control platform allows for complete integration of the new Viper (RC200) Robot, plug and play Piovan TCU’s and downstream automation (conveyors, sprue cutters, bowel feeders etc). Piovans PC based factory integration software, Winfactory, also represents a unique and cost effective solution that we can now offer locally.
